Bouncer, a leading email verification platform founded in 2017, was growing globally but struggling with a manual, hard-to-scale payments setup using Braintree and NummusPay. As transaction volumes increased, the finance team spent too much time printing and managing invoices by hand, while complex international tax requirements and chargeback handling added more operational burden.

Paddle, used as the Merchant of Record, streamlined Bouncer’s payments, tax compliance, invoicing, and fraud management. The result was 5X revenue growth, growth from roughly 150–200 to nearly 1,000 monthly transactions, and a major reduction in admin work with accounting now handling just two monthly invoices. Paddle also improved checkout conversion, enabled faster pricing changes, and reduced chargeback issues, giving Bouncer more time to focus on product development.
