A Paddle Case Study
AusLogics, a Sydney-based maker of Windows maintenance and optimization software trusted by over 15 million users, faced low international conversion rates because its legacy checkouts (Avangate, Paymentwall) had lengthy, English-only flows and limited payment localization. To address this, AusLogics engaged Paddle and its streamlined checkout and localization capabilities to make purchasing simpler for global customers.
Paddle implemented an inline, shortened checkout plus native localization for languages, currencies and local pricing, which was quick to configure and allowed AusLogics to test price overrides without developer support. Conversion rose from 7% with Avangate to 9.2% after switching to Paddle and to 11.9% after localization — roughly a 70% uplift overall; German conversion climbed from 3.5% to 10.1% and Brazil more than doubled, demonstrating clear, measurable growth driven by Paddle.
