Reckitt, a leading consumer goods company behind Enfamil®, needed a better way to manage retail media operations across Amazon and Instacart. The team wanted to reduce manual work, centralize reporting, and gain a unified view of campaign performance across retailers. Pacvue’s Commerce Acceleration Platform was used to help streamline these cross-retailer campaign workflows.
Using Pacvue, Reckitt consolidated retailer data into one platform and implemented auto campaign rules to automate optimizations such as bid adjustments, CTR improvement, and ACOS efficiency. The result was stronger performance across Enfamil® campaigns, including a 27% increase in ROAS and 1.6% increase in sales on Amazon, plus a 99% increase in ROAS and 183% increase in sales on Instacart.
