Reckitt, a leading consumer goods organization behind Enfamil®, needed a better way to manage retail media campaigns across Amazon and Instacart. The team wanted to reduce manual work, consolidate reporting, and gain a clearer view of performance while streamlining day-to-day campaign operations. With Pacvue, Reckitt consolidated retailer data into a single platform and deployed auto campaign rules to automate optimizations such as improving CTR, increasing efficiency, and adjusting bids based on ROAS thresholds. The result was stronger performance across the Enfamil® line, including a 27% increase in ROAS and 1.6% increase in sales on Amazon, plus a 99% increase in ROAS and 183% increase in sales on Instacart.
