Case Study: Your KAYA creates a reusable eco-friendly gift box with Packhelp

Your KAYA creates a 100% reusable gift box with Packhelp

Your Kaya, a health and beauty D2C brand based in Warsaw, Poland, needed eco-friendly and durable packaging for their "my first period" gift set. Their challenge was to create a reusable box that was stylish enough for young customers to treasure, while also optimizing for space and weight to minimize materials and costs. They turned to Packhelp for a custom packaging solution.

Packhelp designed and produced a custom-sized, rigid drawer box made from 1.5mm solid cardboard, laminated with colored paper and finished with soft-touch foil. This solution provided a premium, durable, and reusable box that enhanced the unboxing experience. The efficient design minimized material waste and freed up cash flow for Your Kaya through Packhelp's three-installment split payment plan.
