GeoSpace Labs, a Colorado-based fleet safety tracking company, needed a way to keep up with rapid growth and heavy real-time processing demands for its Geowiz PRO electronic logging and fleet management platform. As more trucking customers came online, its existing infrastructure repeatedly slowed down and couldn’t keep pace, causing backlog issues and unhappy users.

GeoSpace Labs moved to Packet’s bare metal servers after finding the right mix of price, features, and CPU-heavy performance for its processing-intensive workload. With Packet, the company consolidated work onto a 48-core system, moved off eight VPS servers, and quickly improved scalability—enabling new capabilities like real-time translation into six languages and better overall system performance.
