Dalmata Hospitality manages around fifty limited-service hotels across France, including Accor and Choice brands, and needed a revenue management solution that could handle a short booking window, a rapidly changing pandemic market, and a small team supporting many properties. After moving to the Mews PMS, they selected Pace Revenue Management for an easy-to-use RMS that could fit their ecosystem and simplify pricing across 41 hotels.

Pace Revenue Management was implemented in phases, first across a handful of hotels before rolling out to the full portfolio, with automated price pushes directly into Mews PMS and an intuitive dashboard for the revenue team and GMs. The result was stronger pricing optimization, stable ADR during the pandemic, high occupancy versus the market, and even 100% occupancy on many days in some properties, while also reducing manual price changes from twice daily to fully automated.
