Teach First, a charity working to end inequality in education, needed support to help more young people make informed, ambitious choices about their futures. PA Consulting partnered with Teach First to advise on its Career and Employability Leadership Programme (CELP) and Futures University Access Programme (Futures), while also helping improve customer service across both initiatives.

PA Consulting’s business design specialists developed a growth model for CELP, supporting its expansion from a pilot in 43 schools to a national programme in 100 schools. PA Consulting also refined the customer journey for both CELP and Futures, helping Teach First improve service delivery for schools and sixth-form students, although no specific quantitative outcome beyond the planned scale-up was stated.
