Veolia Water Technologies, a global water treatment solutions provider, wanted to find new ways to deliver more value to customers through digital solutions and innovative business models. PA Consulting helped Veolia Water Technologies identify, develop and test digital service ideas, then pilot the most promising options with customers. The vendor used customer feedback to refine two new offerings: one to improve access to engineering expertise and equipment management, and another to use data science and analytics to optimize water treatment processes. As a result, Veolia Water Technologies gained a clearer path to monetizing digital capabilities and is now rolling these services out to more customers.
