To stay ahead of the competition, it needed advanced digital capabilities and an agile operating model to rapidly innovate. PA Consulting worked with Ørsted IT to address this need.

PA Consulting implemented a solution by overhauling Ørsted's IT operating model, organizing multi-disciplinary teams around customer value streams and training staff to work in an agile way. This transformation enabled tasks that used to take up to two years to be completed in as little as two months. The work put Ørsted on course to reach its 2025 green energy goal and cemented its position as a digital and sustainable leader in the energy industry.
