Revolutionising cell and gene therapy manufacturing

Ori Biotech, a London and Philadelphia-based innovator in cell and gene therapy manufacturing, needed help turning its vision into a scalable, automated platform that could reduce the large footprint, cost, and manual complexity of current cell therapy production. PA Consulting partnered with Ori Biotech to support product development and prepare the technology for launch, drawing on expertise in science, engineering, design, software, and automation.

PA Consulting helped Ori Biotech design, develop, and build a compact benchtop cell processing system, while also creating a blueprint for large-scale production and strengthening Ori’s IP and commercialization strategy. The collaboration is helping Ori Biotech move toward its first commercial product launch and a fully automated, high-throughput manufacturing system capable of producing thousands of therapies a year within three years of launch.
