PA Consulting partnered with Nuffield Health to digitise core healthcare services and modernise its online experience. The challenge was to re-architect and re-platform the company’s digital presence, streamline access to health and fitness services, and move more customer journeys online through a single account and content management system.

PA Consulting redesigned and built a new NuffieldHealth.com, launched a class booking app, enabled online gym membership and pass delivery, and integrated more than 17 systems across booking, payments, CRM, and clinical services. The results included more than 750,000 digital gym passes delivered, over 45,000 new members, more than 40,000 app users in six weeks, over 1 million digital bookings per month, and a rise in website sessions from 7 million to 21 million, with unique visitors doubling from 4 million to 8 million.
