PA Consulting worked with a major Middle Eastern airline that was nearing the end of its “best in class” infrastructure outsourcing agreement covering LAN, WAN, desktop, and supporting data centre services. The airline needed help reviewing its options for the next phase of infrastructure strategy and outsourcing.

PA Consulting developed an architecture strategy to guide the next tender, covering network, desktop and endpoints, collaboration and SharePoint, data centre, and security architecture. PA Consulting also defined contract provisions and supplier requirements, and identified 31 actions with dependencies and implications for the new tender document and incumbent contract renegotiation.
