The engagement focused on productivity, staffing efficiency, optimal use of hangar space, Part M cost benchmarking, AMOS system gaps, and Part M/Part 21 DOA functions.

PA Consulting performed a hands-on assessment of workload versus workforce availability, maintenance planning, job recording, and engineering support processes, then recommended labour efficiency improvements, insourcing of heavy maintenance checks, better maintenance event performance, and task reductions to improve competency.
