PA Consulting mapped personal data flows across 11 departments, reviewed 40+ policy and procedural documents, and recommended data privacy requirements built into the institution’s new IT architecture. This created a reusable template for future systems, helped the institution establish itself as a world leader in data privacy, and supported higher privacy standards for clients and customers across 80+ countries.
