Photobox, a European market leader in personalised gifting, needed to modernise its technology to deliver a consistent, seamless shopping experience and support future growth. PA Consulting was brought in to help rebuild Photobox’s core creation studio product, which was originally built on Adobe Flash, and to support the move toward a more scalable digital commerce platform.

PA Consulting designed and delivered a new creation studio from scratch, added a mobile web version in just three months, and helped migrate Photobox’s brands onto a single global e-commerce platform, including CRM migration to Adobe Campaign Standard. The work reduced the time needed to add new products from weeks to days, improved customer experience and conversion rates, and gave Photobox a faster, more flexible platform for launching products and balancing demand across factories.
