Case Study: Leonardo Helicopters sets course for transformation with PA Consulting

Getting ready to win new business by setting a course for transformation

Leonardo Helicopters UK, part of Leonardo, wanted to prepare for growth in established and emerging markets by improving engineering, supply chain, costs and procurement ahead of a two-year transformation programme. PA Consulting was brought in to help define what the business wanted to achieve and how it could get there.

PA Consulting ran focus groups across the business and worked with the leadership team to shape a shared transformation vision, #OurChangeOurFuture, focused on continuous improvement, customer focus and accountability. The work launched with an event for around 80 senior leaders and quickly expanded into a wider engagement programme, with about 600 people participating within a month, laying the foundations for Leonardo’s future ambitions.
