PA Consulting’s people and talent experts helped the company explore how demographic, social and technology shifts could reshape jobs, employee expectations and the skills Atkins would need to stay competitive.
PA Consulting ran two day-long future-of-work workshops with diverse participant groups, then had teams develop and pitch ideas to the board after a month of refinement.
