Auto Recycling Nederland (ARN) needed better visibility into the future availability of end-of-life vehicles so it could protect its share of the Dutch ELV market and meet EU environmental targets. In more turbulent market conditions, its existing forecasting models were no longer accurate enough, creating uncertainty around future supply.
