PA Consulting implemented a data-driven workforce planning approach supported by its proprietary digital tool, which helped SPCL assess current capacity, forecast future demand, and model new ways of working, including digital consultations. The solution aligned leaders across all 28 practices, empowered a 2,000-strong workforce, and helped create a scalable model for serving 280,000 patients, with the potential to support care needs for the next five years without hiring additional staff.
