PA Consulting's solution involved mapping all processes and designing a new operating model, standardizing the 110 variations into just two core processes for import and export. This standardization created an estimated 25% more resource capacity, forecast to generate an extra DKK 43 million annually in revenue, while reducing errors and speeding up service for clients.
