Etihad Aviation Group, one of the fastest-growing airlines in commercial aviation, was transitioning from a single airline into a broader global aviation group with annual revenues of $9 billion. PA Consulting worked with Etihad’s board to create a new operating blueprint, including as-is and to-be capability maps that identified priority activities, reduced duplication, and improved efficiency across the business.
