PA Consulting delivered a comprehensive technology assessment of Tandem’s platform, which showed the system was exceptionally well designed and more mature than expected. Based on this insight, Convoy agreed a £15 million technology licensing deal within a year, enabling it to use the platform to launch new digital financial services in Hong Kong and, eventually, its own digital bank.
