Hotel Eastlund, a 4-star boutique hotel in Portland, faced a critical challenge when Oracle announced the sunset of its Web Booking Engine Cloud Service. The hotel needed to quickly find a new booking solution that would support the rise in direct bookings, provide a superior online experience, and integrate seamlessly with its existing Oracle OPERA Property Management System.
