Jarvis Homes needed a high-quality property brochure to promote their Rookery End development of six luxury homes. They commissioned Oyster Studios to create this marketing material, having been pleased with a previous brochure the vendor designed for them.

Oyster Studios' graphic design team developed a brand identity and brochure with a vibrant rural feel, incorporating a custom logo and a contemporary color palette. The solution was so effective that Jarvis Homes decided to print 250 premium copies after initially planning for online use only. Oyster Studios' work contributed to all six bespoke homes being sold.
