Magura, a long-established German manufacturer of hydraulics and high-quality bicycle components, needed to modernize its B2B e-commerce operations as customer expectations changed. The company wanted to replace its existing Magento shop and move from Microsoft Dynamics Navision to SAP, while ensuring seamless integration with its ERP to reduce manual work, errors, and complicated order-processing steps. OXID eSales was selected to support this transformation with an integrated B2B commerce platform.

OXID eSales implemented OXID4SAP, a turn-key solution based on OXID eShop Enterprise Edition with SAP-certified integration via the IntegrationMan process engine. This enabled near real-time synchronization of customer, product, pricing, inventory, and order data between the shop and SAP, streamlining processes and improving customer service. The results were strong: Magura reported a 60% increase in turnover in the B2B shop after go-live, with digital sales becoming its strongest channel in spare parts, and the company set a target of 70% further growth.
