Viparis, an operator of major exhibition and congress venues across Île-de-France, faced a challenge in prioritizing maintenance and capital expenditures across its large and complex portfolio. They consolidated dispersed data and expert knowledge to calibrate aging laws and cost curves, then simulated multi-year investment scenarios that integrated risk, energy, and decarbonation goals. As a result, Oxand helped Viparis secure an additional €7M in budget and delivered a data-driven, long-term maintenance roadmap to guide future investment.
