Eiffage optimizes Millau Viaduct planning with Oxand’s 2,460 m infrastructure model

Eiffage, the operator of France's iconic Millau Viaduct, faced the challenge of optimizing long-term maintenance and justifying its investment budget to ensure the longevity of the large and complex infrastructure. To meet this challenge, they partnered with vendor Oxand to utilize its predictive methodology and software solution.

Oxand implemented its solution to structure knowledge of the viaduct, analyze associated risks, and simulate various maintenance and investment scenarios. The vendor delivered a predictive view of the infrastructure's condition and aging, enabling Eiffage to build and justify its investment budget through to the end of the concession period for the long-term maintenance of the viaduct.
