Rozetka, a Ukrainian market leader in online retail, needed to turn a large customer database into faster repeat sales by converting visitors who showed interest into buyers in real time. OWOX implemented Google Analytics 360 with data export to Google BigQuery, combined ERP personal data and user interaction data via OWOX BI Mailing (integrated with Mandrill), and launched near‑real‑time scenarios like abandoned‑cart reminders, product recommendations and promotion alerts. As a result OWOX enabled Rozetka to process billions of rows in 30 seconds, send 25,000 personalized emails per hour, increase direct marketing revenue and conversion by 18% each, more than triple open rates, and achieve a 23% ROI.
