How to monitor the quality of your data when you have dozens of websites

FxPro, a global online broker with over 870,000 traders and localized websites in 28 languages, needed a reliable way to collect and monitor massive, raw user-behavior data from dozens of domains and mobile apps so marketing, SEO and IT teams could make timely, data-driven decisions. FxPro’s challenge was consolidating unsampled data, ensuring its completeness and accuracy, and getting fast alerts about anomalies to avoid bad investment decisions or service outages. OWOX (OWOX BI) was engaged to help centralize and monitor that data.

OWOX BI implemented near-real-time pipelines (website streaming and AppsFlyer → Google BigQuery), imported ad-costs into BigQuery, and built Google Data Studio dashboards plus Google Sheets checks and automated email alerts to monitor key metrics (sessions, conversions, revenue, etc.). As a result, FxPro now consolidates user data across 170+ countries and dozens of domains in BigQuery, uses customizable Data Studio reports that non-technical staff can read, and receives automated anomaly alerts so teams can react faster — improving monitoring of SEO, PPC and overall service stability.
