Eldorado, the Russian retail chain, wanted a better way to measure customer acquisition and lifetime value across paid channels, while also improving conversions from abandoned carts and product views. Working with OWOX and its BI Pipeline/Attribution tools, Eldorado needed near real-time data collection from Google Analytics and multiple advertising sources to support personalized triggered emails and a more accurate CLTV-based attribution model.

OWOX helped Eldorado centralize data in Google BigQuery, build SQL-based views for triggered email personalization, and implement historical updates for more accurate userID and cost data. As a result, Eldorado increased visits from delivered emails by 76%, raised email-driven purchase conversion by 12%, increased purchases from abandoned-cart emails by 85%, and grew turnover in the target group by 237%, while also optimizing ad spend with a 180-day attribution model.
