Hoff, Russia’s furniture and household goods hypermarket retailer, wanted to improve online advertising ROI across its omnichannel business. The company needed to connect online, offline, phone, and cross-device customer interactions, accurately value keywords beyond last-click attribution, and automate PPC bid management. To do this, Hoff worked with OWOX and used OWOX BI Pipeline.
OWOX helped Hoff collect and unify data in Google BigQuery, including website behavior, ad cost and performance data, phone orders, offline purchases, and CRM/ERP data, then build a custom attribution model and send the results to Alytics for automated bidding. As a result, Hoff increased PPC advertising ROI by 17%, measured keyword revenue more accurately, and discovered 2.4 times more keywords assisting in conversions.
