Geophysical Pursuit Inc, an established seismic data survey company, needed to revamp its online presence to maintain industry relevance and better serve geophysicists. Their goal was to transform their informative website into a valuable digital ecosystem with a user-friendly experience and interactive tools. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor OWDT for a comprehensive solution including stakeholder research, UI/UX strategy, and CMS development.
OWDT implemented a solution centered on a searchable map to display the geographical reach of GPI's 2D and 3D survey data, moving beyond a simple list. They developed a dynamic search plugin allowing admin management through CSV uploads, enabling users to browse data and download dynamically generated PDF files. This created a client-manageable, resourceful site that successfully united GPI's previously fragmented systems and reimagined the visitor experience.
