Survey Sampling International (SSI) is a global provider of data solutions and technology for consumer and business-to-business survey research. As SSI expanded its panels to 34 countries across 5 continents and 27 local languages, it needed a reward strategy that would stay relevant to different audiences, improve weak retention and completion rates in some markets, and reduce rising logistical costs.

SSI contracted Ovation Incentives to build a global incentive platform with a network of more than 1,200 retail merchant prepaid products and real-time electronic delivery in 34 countries, 17 currencies and 27 languages. Ovation Incentives helped reduce physical prepaid cards from 79% to 37% over 5 years, and SSI reported results of 230% above its panel retention target, 60% above its survey completion target, and a 63% above-target reduction in logistical costs.
