Sky worked with Ovation Incentives to address a gap in its existing commission structure. Although agents across the UK were earning commission on Sky sales, the individual sales representatives within those businesses were not always directly rewarded, and Sky’s earlier points-based scheme had not been well received.

Ovation Incentives built a bespoke online rewards platform using its Universal Voucher system, allowing representatives to register a contract, claim rewards instantly, and redeem value-based vouchers online from 96 retailers. In the first 3 months, over 370 users registered and more than 350 contracts were claimed, while Sky also gained key marketing information and a lower-administration process.
