Ipsos MORI, through its Fieldwork International healthcare consultancy, needed a way to provide incentive rewards to healthcare professionals across Europe and the US with limited administration, while keeping the process timely and accurate. Working with Ovation Incentives, the team sought an automated ordering process for multi-language and multi-currency rewards in real time.

Ovation Incentives developed a direct link between the client database and its own database to automate incentive requests, with 24-hour fulfilment upon survey completion, local currency rewards in GBP, USD and EUR, and a single platform supporting French, Spanish, Italian, English and German. The result was a 75% reduction in internal administration hours, waiting time cut from 14 days to 0, a 17% increase in repeat respondents, and more than a 100% increase in redemption choices in the US after go-live.
