iprism Underwriting Agency Limited runs an online comparison service for SME business insurance, helping brokers find suitable policies from a wide range of insurers. In a highly competitive market, it wanted a better way to keep brokers using its platform, since its existing PRISM points programme was outdated and did not give brokers an ongoing summary of rewarded sales.
Ovation Incentives developed an online, account-based rewards platform to improve PRISM Points, with Single Sign On access from iprism’s portal, user reporting, internal communications, and an integrated webshop offering over 140 UK eVouchers and gift cards. Ovation Incentives also transferred historical programme data to the new system. The platform drove a 36% increase in new users within 10 months, an average of 12 logins per user, and a 523% increase in reward value issued within 11 months.
