Honda had been running its Engage programme for dealership after-sales staff since 2009, using it to share targets, performance data, league tables and success stories while rewarding top teams. Staff surveys showed that while team rewards were appreciated, many dealership staff also wanted individual rewards, so Honda contacted Ovation Incentives to explore adding its global UV reward code within a membership top-up card.

Ovation Incentives provided an online reward platform, an exclusive Honda Engage branded membership top-up card, voucher fulfillment and support, and a platform that integrated vouchers with Honda merchandise. The setup reduced administration by capturing data and supplying reports, and it let area managers issue rewards to individuals or teams that could be loaded onto the card and redeemed instantly.
