DYMO, a leading supplier of embossers, manual label makers, desktop products, computer-connected products and software, needed to improve global sales of office label printer products sold direct to end customers. Working with Ovation Incentives, the company wanted a way to encourage buyers to choose its products in a crowded market while building brand loyalty.
Ovation Incentives implemented an on-pack promotion with reward codes printed inside 10,000 promotional packs per country. The codes were instantly redeemable through an online portal for gift vouchers and e-vouchers, with local-language communication and support across 9 countries and local currencies. DYMO said the program strengthened brand recognition, created direct relationships with thousands of end-user customers, and helped raise product profile and increase sales across key target audiences.
