PLANgroep, a Dutch financial care provider serving more than 25,000 people, faced a legacy gridlock after a decade of custom SharePoint customizations and complex integrations that made enhancements slow and costly. To offer new self-service options, improve the user experience for debt counselors, and remain agile amid changing customer and legislative requirements, the organization needed to rebuild its core system on modern cloud architecture.

Working with OutSystems and delivery partner IG&H, PLANgroep adopted a low-code approach and launched a cloud-based core system called Flow in under 18 months. Flow standardized processes, digitized manual tasks, and improved access to client information, boosting counselor productivity and enabling ongoing innovation and easier integrations so the organization can focus more on helping people with problem debts.
