Fidelidade, Portugal’s leading insurer with a 30.7% market share and operations in several countries, turned to OutSystems as the strategic platform for its enterprise digital transformation. Facing the need to modernize web and mobile channels and scale innovation, the company built a team of nearly 60 developers working on 40+ projects to deliver a consistent, customer‑centric experience across channels.

Using OutSystems, Fidelidade launched the My Fidelidade mobile app (50,000 users) and an independent agent portal (5,000 users) to give customers and agents a unified, 360° view and drive meaningful actions. The platforms improved customer engagement and operational efficiency, are expected to generate significant savings and upsell opportunities, and the agent portal alone is projected to boost cross‑sell/up‑sell and sales efficiency by 7.5%, adding about €1.8 million in revenue.
