Morgan Lewis Launches "AdviserDash" Portal to Streamline 15(c) Investment Fund Reporting

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a global law firm with a dedicated Knowledge Management and UX Design team, needed to modernize its SEC 15(c) advisory contract renewal process. The old workflow relied on manually composed emails and Word questionnaires, lacked traceability, and couldn’t scale—so the firm sought a secure, rapid development platform to deliver a better, user-centered solution.

Using OutSystems and partner Truewind, the team built AdviserDash in four months: an administration portal and digital questionnaire that automate distribution, collection, and review, eliminate Word/email bottlenecks, and add traceability, SLA monitoring, and collaborative features. Launched in August 2020 and expanded in 2021, AdviserDash improved efficiency and user experience, earned strong client feedback, and enabled scalable, compliant 15(c) reporting.
