Monadelphous Discusses its Workforce Management Application “Monawork”

Monadelphous, a leading Australian engineering group, faced the challenge of communicating efficiently with a widely distributed workforce to ensure staff had the right training, qualifications and competencies to get to site on time. The company needed a low-risk, low IT-support solution to centralize employee engagement and operational communications across field teams.

Working with partner Novata Solutions, Monadelphous built Monawork on the OutSystems platform to put "everything in one place," streamlining communications, training and competency tracking. The app reduced administrative friction, improved matching of the right people to the right jobs at the right time, and earned the OutSystems Innovation Award for Enterprise Transformation in 2020.
