MAIN Energie chose the OutSystems platform to build a custom solution delivering CRM and contract management, energy forecasting and portfolio reporting, broker and supply billing, automated document generation, and integrations with EDSN, smart metering and ClieOp. The system was delivered in 30 weeks with new releases every three weeks, yielding error-free billing and a real-time customer view, a 32% reduction in projected labor (only 20% staff growth supported 75% revenue growth), and a 46% improvement in efficiency for manual contract and tariff handling.
