Schneider built a “Low‑Code Digital Factory” on OutSystems—setting up a Center of Excellence, a federated operating model, reusable components, governance standards, and widespread developer training. The factory produced 60 apps in 20 months (most completed in about 10 weeks), trained 150+ developers, doubled development speed, and saved 650+ days of work in the first year, with deployments across supply chain, sales, HR, finance, manufacturing, and more.
