Liberty Insurance Puts a Premium on Improving Customer Experience Using OutSystems

Liberty Seguros, part of Liberty Mutual Group, needed to improve broker and customer experience and respond faster to business demand in a highly competitive insurance market. Since 2004, it has used OutSystems to build Liberty Connect, an integrated suite of applications that supports its distribution network and helps overcome slow, backlog-heavy development processes.

OutSystems helped Liberty Seguros create an in-house application factory with agile, rapid application development and one-click deployment. The result was 83 continuously updated applications, 4x customer growth, and 274% policy growth, with application delivery about 4–5x faster and multi-million license and maintenance savings from retiring legacy systems.
