IMI built a custom web‑based Radiology Information System on the OutSystems platform in 22 weeks, delivering scheduling, a centralized call center, appointment/SMS notifications, reception and exam workflows, PACS integration, billing, HR and analytic dashboards with HL7 and web‑service integrations.
