Asseco PST, a financial-services technology company serving more than 60 banks with ~400 employees and €33.4M turnover, was constrained by legacy waterfall development and fragmented sales and project-management systems. The company needed an integrated, end-to-end process to manage leads through opportunity closure and seamlessly feed downstream project management and billing.

Partnering with OutSystems and Do iT Lean, Asseco PST built two low-code apps—the Sales Management System and the Project Management System—delivered by five developers in 20 and 15 weeks respectively. Today 50–70 users rely on centralized, real-time data to plan sales interactions, monitor pipeline and projects, simplify integrations, and accelerate business processes while adopting an agile mindset for future improvements.
