Colliers International Rebuilds its Business-Critical Real Estate Deal Management System with OutSystems

Colliers, a global real estate services and investment management firm operating in 68 countries, needed to replace and modernize its legacy Deal Tracking System (DTS), which had become fragmented by country-specific customizations and was increasingly hard for IT to maintain. The company sought a more agile, business-led development approach to support complex, variable deal workflows and regulatory requirements across markets.

Colliers selected OutSystems low-code to build "Our Deals," a single, scalable deal management platform that delivers role-based UX, streamlined workflows, CRM integrations and mobile access. Delivered in 15 months for North America and now rolling out globally, the platform enabled six additional finance apps (many born as low-risk experiments), cut commission processing from two days to 20 minutes, simplified month-end close, and fostered faster, business-driven development and continuous improvement.
