Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, the largest Chamber of Commerce in the UK, needed a faster and more flexible CRM to support a growing membership base and the demands of the government’s EOS pilot scheme. Its in-house system could no longer provide the speed and scalability required to manage member details, appointments, and increasing business activity.

Outsourcery implemented a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM system hosted on its O-Cloud platform. The Chamber said the new system made it more efficient to arrange appointments and process member information, improved support for staff, and delivered immediate cost benefits by allowing CRM to be deployed quickly and economically.
